Uncharted Space[]

Uncharted Space is a universe type in Interstellar Pilot 2. You can either start as a Citizen, Veteran, Scavenger, Newcomer, Enforcer, Plunderer, The Fugitive, Passenger Transporter, Merchant, Miner, Interceptor, Fleet Commander, Refinery Owner, Empire, or Bandits. After you have selected your starting mode, you will be spawned in a sector depending on what starting mode you have selected.

Starting Modes[]

  1. Citizen - You spawn inside a Shuttle-Class Fighter in a random sector. You have nothing but a handful of credits. After you have spawned, you can scavenge or trade to start your empire.
  2. Veteran - You spawn inside a Raptor-Class Scout in a random sector. You have more credits than a citizen but a weaker ship. You've held on to your your ship for far too long. Can it survive one more battle?
  3. Scavenger - You spawn in a Shuttle-Class Fighter in a random sector without any weapons. You only have a Tractor Beam and without any credits. You can start to look for scraps to sell to start your empire.
  4. Newcomer - You spawn inside a Ranger-Class Scout, an obsolete ship and way behind newer models. You only have a few credits in the bank.
  5. Enforcer - You start as a Flyer-Class Fighter with a handful of credits. You have a fairly capable medium sized fighter. You can use this to take on pirates and raider. You can use your ship to trade with decent cargo space by its size.
  6. Plunderer - You start inside the Hornet-Class Fighter, one of the most fastest ship in the game. Raid merchants with your ship and scavenge the battlefield to sell. You only have few credits.
  7. The Fugitive - You spawn in a Piooner-Class Fighter. You have a bounty of more than a million credits. Every bounty hunter will be interested to the price of your head. You have 100,000 credits in your bank. use them wisely.
  8. Passenger Transporter - You're inside a Venture-Class Frigate. Transport passenger to where they need to go to earn credits to upgrade your ship.
  9. Merchant - You spawn inside a Hauler-Class Frigate with a handful of credits. You're a trader, always looking for the higher profit and the nearest bandits. Use your. money for trading until you have enough money to upgrade or buy new ships for the trade empire.
  10. Miner - You spawn as a Hauler-Class Frigate fitted with Mining Lasers. You have 10,000 credits. Mine asteroids for their valuable ores and minerals and sell them to a refinery for credits. Be careful of bandits and outlaws.
  11. Interceptor - There aren't many ships that can outrun or outgun the Thunder-Class Frigate. You start with only some credits. Use them wisely and start trading or do missions with your powerful ship.
  12. Fleet Commander - You start inside a Magnus-Class Battleship with a lot of credits. You also spawn with 2 Flyer-Class Fighters inside your hanger bay. You can order them to trade while you do missions.
  13. Refinery Owner - You start as a Ares-Class Destroyer. You have a Refinery and two others ships, they're a Shuttle and a Ranger. Order the Ranger to start mining and the shuttle to start trading while you can do missions or sell everything to start a new life.
  14. Empire - You start inside a Magnus-Class Battleship with a lot of stations, capital vessels, and small vessels. You've taken control of an empire like the Terran Expeditionary Force or the Lambda Corporation. You can start trading or start wars.
  15. Bandits - You start as a Orion-Class Frigate. You may start with other ships or if you're lucky with stations. You're hated by everyone throughout the universe.

Terran Expeditionary Force (TEF)

They're the "good guys" of this universe. They're very friendly to good players while unfriendly to bad players. They're a good trade partner so its recommended to be friendly with them. They're also the most powerful faction in this Universe.
